Debra Campbell is a serial entrepreneur, an economic development professional and an educator. She has over 20 years experience in economic development. She managed the international division for the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation and headed the Asia Department for the Philadelphia Commerce Department before starting her own economic development consulting company, International Competitive Services.

Debra has consulted for eight counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has worked with organizations such as Dunn & Bradstreet, The Florida High Tech Corridor, The Tampa Bay Partnership, Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance, Hillel School of Tampa, Evans and Associates, Manatee Community College, Regent University and the Hillsborough County School District.

Debra has experience teaching first grade through high school, is a member and State Coordinator of the National Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education, chairs the CTE Marketing Committee for the Florida Dept. of Education, and serves on the Advisory Board of Creative Tampa Bay.

Currently, Debra Campbell is the Founder and President of Forward Thinking Initiatives, an organization that teaches entrepreneurship and innovation to teens through camps and workshops. She is also an artist and teaches art at the Hillel School of Tampa.
