Performing
Dan’s 30-year career includes performances with Grammy-award winning jazz artists Ernie Watts, Mike Stern, Benny Golson, Charles Fambrough, Boyz II Men, The Fifth Dimension, Charles Fambrough, Gerald Veasley, Howard Levy (Bela Fleck), Ralph Bowen, John Swana, Allan Harris, Clint Holmes and James Brown drummer, Clyde Stubblefield and served as the musical director for the Philadelphia 76ers House Band. Dan has performed at Lincoln Center NYC and on NPR’s “Whatya Know with Michael Feldman.”


Composing, Producing and Recording

Dan has written and recorded music for such clients as SONY Inc., PBS, Lifetime Network, and the Miss Black America Pageant, where he served as musical director. His film scores have garnered awards at prestigious independent film festivals nationally and abroad.

Education
Dan has designed and presented musical education workshops on world rhythms, jazz improvisation, song-writing and recording for school assemblies, teaching studios, arts venues and colleges in the eastern US and Midwest as well as in Quito, Ecuador.
