Bradley and his wife Eloyne are the owner/operators of Grand Central Stained Glass & Graphics. Theirs is the largest and most complete decorative glass studio in South Pinellas.

Additionally Bradley offers fine art giclée printmaking services. Giclée is the process of replicating an original work of art, printing the piece in high resolution using museum-quality archival inks on a variety of papers and fabrics, including art quality canvas. Bradley also prints wallcoverings, oversized posters, signs and banners. His wallcovering prints are currently on display at The CUE Foundation in New York City. He printed the “On & Off the Wall” wallpaper exhibition for the Florida Craftsman in June, 2009.

Most recently Bradley sits as a Director for both the Downtown Arts Association in St. Petersburg and the St. Pete Beach Civic Association. In 2007 he held the position of President of the Grand Central District Association (GCDA) in St. Petersburg. That year the GDCA was recognized by the City of St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership as “Neighborhood of the Year.” He has also served as the Vice President of the North Beach Civic Association and President of his Homeowners’ Association.

Prior to the opening of their studio, the two honed their decorative glass and graphics skills while juggling the demands of “regular” careers and kids.

Bradley holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA and an undergraduate degree in Finance from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. He served the public and private behavioral health community for over 24 years in a wide variety of leadership positions.

He provided state-wide consultation, training and supervision in both California and Colorado around issues specific to the elderly, the dually diagnosed, and the chemically dependant. He administered the second largest OBRA (nursing home) program in the State of Colorado and administered one of only two licensed, dual-diagnosis programs in that State. He has also authored an array of Clinical Practice Guidelines for a number of behavioral healthcare organizations.

Bradley served on the State of Colorado Mental Health Planning Council, the Jefferson County co-occurring steering committee and the Jefferson County, Colorado Council on Aging.

When not at the studio, Bradley and Eloyne enjoy their home in St. Pete Beach, golfing, ballroom dancing and spending time with friends.
